Arts and culture are at the forefront of imagining a new world by envisioning a different way of living and being. They challenge the status quo and push people to think differently about their world, and to imagine a different way of living and working. They can - and should - draw on the values of creativity, diversity, and connection to support more equitable and sustainable practices, and shape the future of work.
